The Southwestern Ontario Area was organized as follows:
- Nos. 41 through 42: St. Thomas Division and London, Niagara, Sarnia and Stratford Territories;
- Nos. 43: St. Thomas Division and London, Niagara and Sarnia Territories; and
- Nos. 44 through 56: London, Niagara, St. Thomas and Sarnia Territories.
Nos. 37 through 40 include Norfolk and Western Railway Company (St. Thomas Division).
