Canada Atlantic Ry.—Nothing is being done in the way of making surveys for the proposed extension from near Whitney to Sault Ste. Marie, Ont. (Sept., 1903, pg. 305.)
Plans are stated to be in course of preparation for the proposed central station at Ottawa, and t is expected that matters will be so far forward that work will be started in the spring. Two sets of plans are being considered, one of which will call for the expenditure of $75,000 more than the other. (Oct., 1903, pg. 340.)
