Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held, pursuant to the Act of Incorporation, upon Monday, the 7th of June, next, at the hour of Eleven o'clock, in the foreroom, at the City Hall, in the City of Toronto, for the purpose of electing Directors for the enusing year, and generally for the transaction of the business of the Company.

Sealed tenders will be received, at the Office of the Undersigned, until the 10th proximo, for the Transportation, from Québec to Toronto, of about

7,000 tons of iron rails
for the
Ontario, Simcoe and Huron Union Railroad.

The first of it is expected to arrive at Québec about the 22nd of June, and the last by the 1st of August.

The transporters must pay all expenses, including anything that may accrue at Québec for wharfage, and deliver the iron upon such wharf in the harbour of Toronto, as shall be designated by us.
